How to Use
- Step 1: Fully Charge the battery. Place the battery on the back of the hat where the three magnetic dots are. The battery should easily click into place.
- Step 2: Press and hold the power button. The battery will beep and the lights will turn on.
- Step 3: Once the red light are illuminated, put it on your head. The battery will beep after the 10-minute treatment is up.
- Step 4: Use the Red Light Hat daily for 10 minutes for 16 weeks. Follow up with regular maintenance treatment 3-4 times a week.

Can I use the Red Light Hat on a daily basis?
Yes, you can use it on a daily basis! We suggest only 10 minutes a day, as this has been clinically studied in the past to be effective. Many trials have shown great results when used daily for 10 minutes a day, for 16 weeks and then regular maintenance sessions a few times a week after that.
How can I clean my Red Light Hat?
The red light panel is removable from the hat and stays in place with magnets. So you can remove the red light portion and spot clean. Allow to fully air dry before using again. DO NOT WASH THE RED LIGHT INSERT.
